MyGusto delivers your grocery shopping straight to your door, with its own temperature-controlled vans on selected London postal areas and throughout most of the UK via courier. Place your order before 2pm for next day delivery, our minimum order is just £40.

Acceptance of Orders

Your order is accepted on and payment is taken when the order is confirmed by email. All orders are subject to availability and products that are out of stock at the point of dispatch will not be charged.


Receipt of delivery

Customers must ensure their availability during the agreed delivery schedule. The customer receives the delivery note/invoice by way of acceptance of the goods and must document any shortcomings. Deliveries must be checked at the time of delivery.



Please be aware that we cannot accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons, and no returns are allowed during COVID. We are only able to arrange a replacement or refund to your payment card on damaged or faulty goods at the time of delivery of those goods. Please notify MyGusto’s Customer Service within 2 days from delivery. Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account. If you purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price.



All goods should be examined on delivery. Any loss/damage must be recorded at delivery, and either carriers or MyGusto’s Customer Service advised by email or by telephone within 2 days from delivery. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for defects caused to the packaging or the content occasioned after delivery by unsatisfactory handling or storage in unsuitable conditions.


Minimum Order & Delivery

Ordering online is subject to a minimum of 60 pounds. If your order is under £60 pounds (including VAT if any), there will be a delivery surcharge:

– London: £12 and free delivery for orders over £60

– Outside of London: £5.90 up to 15kg, then £0.30 per excess kilo.

Please note all prices are in sterling pounds and include VAT where applicable.


Catch Weight Prices

When ordering kilo products and items, prices are subject to the final catch weight of these items and your order will be adjusted to your invoice.



All prices are subject to the price ruling at point of purchase on, and may be subject to revision without prior notice. Any offers or promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. MyGusto reserves the right to exclude certain customer groups from offers and promotions.
