Cow’s milk in the morning and evening is poured into typical copper cauldrons shaped like an inverted bell… This is how the inimitable Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, produced exclusively in the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna and Mantua, begins to be processed. The rhythm of the seasons accentuates the intensity of the aromas: notes of melted butter, fruit and citrus fruits appear alongside hints of dried fruit. Excellent accompanied by structured red wines, or when paired with plums and dried figs.
