The Mozzarella STG Soligo in its delicious “tasty” format, is ideal for a practical and genuine meal.
The secret lies in the choice of the raw material (fresh milk) and in the method: technology based on the traditional rennet coagulation (with natural rennet) and not with citric acid; that is why the European TSG (traditional speciality guaranteed) quality mark was recognised in 2009.
The STG Soligo Mozzarella won the Bronze Medal at the 2019 WCA World Cheese Championship.
