The cheese makers of Latteria Soligo have created Cuor di Stracchino 1883, the result of the selection of the best milk at the stables of the producer members and prepared with only rennet, sea salt and with the most suitable live lactic ferments to obtain a unique product.
Cuor di Stracchino is a creamy cheese ideal to spread, particularly loose because it is very fresh (packaged within a couple of days of production), therefore very light on the palate.
Excellent choice for those who are attentive to their line, because it has a contribution of only 255 kcal per 100 g, or 10% to 20% less than the common stracchini.
