Over 100 hours of culturing and ageing goes into our delicious Creme Fraiche. Produced on our own farm in Cheshire, we use a rich Double Cream and a bespoke Lactobacillus culture which yields a superb creamy flavour and a velvety smooth texture.
The Estate Dairy Milk is produced by 260 pedigree Guernsey & Friesian Cows who roam freely on 400 acres of North somerset pastures.
To maintain the highest quality the dairy is produced without homogenisation , yielding a rich, delicious double cream.
