Salumificio Viani Fresh Sausage with rosemary from Tuscany (300g)

The famous Tuscan sausage is a tubular shaped meat sausage about 100 cm long wrapped into a spiral shape.  It has a soft consistency and is flavoured with a mix of spices and rosemary.

It is the quality of the raw materials that give the Tuscan sausage its unique taste that has remained unchanged for many years.
